These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Olive & Zest website (www.oliveandzest.ca) and our services, including custom charcuterie, event setups, and online ordering.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
Olive & Zest provides:
- Charcuterie products (boxes, cups, tables);
- Picnic and private dining experiences;
- Event services and seasonal offerings.
All products are made fresh to order. Availability may vary by date or season.

2. Orders and Payments
Orders must be placed in advance through the website, email, or official booking links.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in CAD and subject to change.
We use secure third-party platforms for payment processing. Olive & Zest does not store payment information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event/delivery are non-refundable, as all products are custom-prepared.
For picnic or dining experiences, weather rescheduling is possible within reason and subject to availability.

4. Allergy Disclaimer
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and fruit.
Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
Olive & Zest is not liable for allergic reactions if information was not provided at booking.

5. Use of Photos & Content
All content on this website — including photos, logos, designs, and text — is the property of Olive & Zest and may not be used, copied, or shared without written permission.
We reserve the right to share event or product photography for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify prices, offerings, or site content at any time without prior notice.
